Shipping Policy

Orders that are place on holidays and weekends will be processed the following business days. Jenaë Lash always takes the time to ensure that your orders are carefully packaged.

Standard Shipping Processing Times

Orders placed at Jenaë Lash take 2 business days to process excluding holidays and weekends and 1-7 days for delivery within Canada and the U.S. International delivery times vary and can take up to 10 business days. Once your order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be made because orders are shipped as quickly as possible and changes cannot be made once they are dispatched. Please note that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, processing and delivery times may take longer than usual. Should there be any delays, you will be sent an update to your email.

Jenaë Lash is not responsible for any item delays during shipment due to weather, carrier mishandling or undeliverable addresses including all orders with Express shipping orders. Jenaë Lash is also not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or return packages due to insufficient receiver address, missing P.O. boxes or refused delivery. If items are sent out for reshipment or returned back to sender, Jenaë Lash will charge another shipping fee at the customer’s expense. Jenaë Lash does not provide refunds on shipping costs.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs, and duties by your country’s customs policies. Jenaë Lash is not responsible for any import duties and fees and does not collect import duties or fees. The importer is responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of he destination country. Jenaë Lash cannot provide any information on the cost of import fees, if you have any questions please contact your local customs department as custom policies differ by each country.
