At Jenaë Lash we want to ensure that we maintain the safety and quality of our products and staff. Unfortunately due to the delicate nature of our products and for safety reasons Jenaë Lash does not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your order we will work with you to resolve your issue in a timely manner. Please contact us at customerservice@jenaelash.com for further assistance.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send an email to customerservice@jenaelash.com within 7 days of the purchase date. Your email must include the customer name, order number and email address used to place the order and a clear photo of the damaged or defective items. If after inspection Jenaë Lash accepts your order as damaged or defective, you will be sent a replacement.
Incorrect Order Received
If you receive an incorrect order or if you are missing items from your order, please send an email to customerservice@jenaelash.com with a picture of your entire order with the packaging slip within 7 days of your purchase. Once your order has been confirmed by Jenaë Lash, you will receive a replacement for the missing items.
